Manage my private profile →Candidate personal information, work profiles, resumes and contact details are private. They are not published in the public domain or made searchable through a public candidate directory or search-engine pages.
An employer with verified identity, organisation and contact details may review only its own job applicants, or the candidate information that the candidate has explicitly authorised it to access privately.
Candidate records must not be sold, publicly searched, downloaded in bulk, shared with unauthorised parties or used for purposes unrelated to legitimate recruitment. Verification does not grant unrestricted or automatic access to the candidate database.
Only verified and approved employers may create vacancies. Each vacancy also needs editorial approval before public publication.
Access may be suspended or permanently revoked for misuse, fraud, harassment, data scraping or policy violations. Candidates can revoke a profile access grant or withdraw an application to end its recruitment access.
